From the desk of Tom Caruso…

Keys to success
In a Habitat for Humanity house, a family can unlock their highest potential.
Why? Because a Habitat homeowner is an empowered homeowner. The homeowner who can put down lasting roots is truly the homeowner free to explore new possibilities.
Independence, security, peace of mind, success. That’s what families find when they walk through the doors that a key to a Habitat house helps open.
Your time, your treasure, your talent makes it all happen. It is your support that helps more families unlock their highest potential. Help hand them the keys to their success today!

Partner Family Update |
|
“I don’t like the rain, as it comes in our bedroom,” said Jolsey and Evelin, one of Habitat’s new partner families for the 7 plex. Joelsey Farreiro, his wife Evelin and their son Yolfry currently live in substandard rental housing in Trenton, and are eagerly awaiting the construction of their new townhome in Trenton. This story can have a happy ending with your help.
At Habitat of Trenton, we build. We build because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have a healthy, affordable place to call home. More than building homes, we build communities, we build hope and we build the opportunity for families to help themselves.
You can be a part of our mission. You can help in the building of the Farreiro family’s new home? How? By clicking the Donate Now button. With an affordable, stable home, families have more to spend on food, medicine, child care, education and other essentials. Your support can help us do more in all the many ways Habitat builds.
Please consider a gift to Habitat for Humanity of Trenton today.
You make a difference!

Habitat works by putting people together. As a new partner family explains it—“Hopeful homeowners striving for a better future and volunteers helping communities flourish are making friends Old and New”. These lasting connections inspire us to strengthen our resolve to build—together—a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Your help and generosity allow us to be actively building in all of Mercer County-to literally meet families where they live and partner with them to improve their housing. By whatever means a family is empowered to help themselves be it new construction, “Critical Home Repairs” or smaller “Brush with Kindness” projects, the affordable, safe shelter they ultimately achieve means opportunity, stability and potential. Love, faith in action, the chance for a brighter tomorrow—all of these are deep in the framework of every Habitat house. Help us continue to build a better world, one where everyone has a decent place to live!
