PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. –August 4, 2017 – Creative Marketing Alliance, a full-service, award-winning strategic marketing and integrated communications firm located in Princeton Junction, welcomes three new hires to its staff: Kelsey Brooks, Megan Capie and Christine Lynch.
Kelsey Brooks, who serves as Marketing Associate, supports CMA’s President and CEO, Jeffrey Barnhart, with various marketing, communications, business development, and client and company activities. She assists with client accounts and new business development initiatives and contributes to the overall agency brand strategy and collateral.
Brooks excels at organizing large scale projects and executed a fundraising event that hosted more than 8,000 attendees and brought in more than $30,000 for a non-profit that grants wishes to foster children. She previously served as events and promotions coordinator for a local radio station.
Brooks resides in Hamilton, N.J. and has a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Dance from Rutgers University. In her downtime she likes to cook, dance and play with her puppy Harper.
Megan Capie, who serves as Account Executive, brings more than 15 years of broad-based experience in the areas of operations, project management and certification. She has strong organizational qualifications in business trend analysis, standard operating procedures, project management software applications, and event management. Capie was hired to lead up accounts including the International Function Point Users Group, the Financial Therapy Association, and certification for the North American Association of Commencement Officers.
Capie previously served as Director of Operations for Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association where she served as project manager for the All Baby & Child Kids Expo and the on-site coordinator for the annual meeting and regulatory summit in Washington, D.C. She resides in Rennemede, N.J. and has her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Kent State University. She spends her downtime with her amazing daughter, Charlotte.
Christine Lynch, who serves as Account Executive, has the ability to hone in on a client’s needs, wants and goals and create a strategic effort among key players on the team to achieve impactful results. She is one of the day-to-day frontline members at CMA who works to get clients what they need, using her enthusiastic, highly-organized skillset to effectively ensure goals are on target and objectives are being met. Her expertise and experience with a variety of marketing tactics, along with managing the creative process, from concepting to end product, has made her a key player at the firm.
She brings more than 17 years of experience in account management and marketing services. Previous to CMA, Christine worked in Manhattan as Marketing Manager for CPA.com, managing product launches, developing partnerships, managing budgets and handling the company’s e-Commerce site that services more than 400,000 CPAs each year.
Lynch has her B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising from Towson State University, as well as a certification in Marketing Strategy from New York University (NYU) School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Christine lives in Hamilton Township, N.J. Outside of work, Christine likes to catch up on some good chick-lit and enjoys spending time with her son Jake.
